The control system shall include an electronic performance monitoring and logging <\/div>\n
system. The system shall be capable of monitoring and logging chamber temperatures <\/div>\n
at regular intervals (not less than once per minute, with the capacity to vary the logging <\/div>\n
frequency). The system shall include the capacity to download the performance data by <\/div>\n
USB connection. \t<\/span><\/div>\n
\t<\/span>All the measuring devices attached with the incinerator should have digital display <\/div>\n
and should have provision of connecting to the recording system, which should include<\/div>\n
fuel meter and separate energy meter.\t<\/span><\/div>\n
\t<\/span>The temperature shall be determined against the inside wall of the combustion <\/div>\n
chambers. An audible and visible alarm shall be installed to warn the operator when <\/div>\n
the secondary temperature drops to below the required temperature.\t<\/span><\/div>\n
\t<\/span>The primary chamber must meet or exceed the following criteria:\t<\/span><\/div>\n

Optional maintenance service\t<\/span>The contractor shall deploy an expert, fully equipped <\/div>\n
with all required tools and equipment, to the client to provide maintenance service of the<\/div>\n
 installed waste incinerators, including all the parts and components (e.g., burners, <\/div>\n
ignitors, temperature gauges) when required.  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
4.5.1 The goods, including all packaging and packing thereof, conform to the <\/div>\n
specifications of the Contract, are fit for the purposes for which such goods are <\/div>\n
ordinarily used and for any purposes expressly made known in writing in the Contract, <\/div>\n
and shall be of even quality, free from faults and defects in design, material, <\/div>\n
manufacturer and workmanship;<\/div>\n
4.5.2 If the Contractor is not the original manufacturer of the goods, the <\/div>\n
Contractor shall provide UNOPS with the benefit of all manufacturers\u2019 <\/div>\n
warranties in addition to any other warranties required to be provided under the Contract;<\/div>\n
4.5.3 The goods are of the quality, quantity and description required by the <\/div>\n
Contract, including when subjected to conditions prevailing in the place of final destination;<\/div>\n
The goods are free from any right of claim by any third-party, including claims <\/div>\n
of infringement of any 4.5.4intellectual property rights, including, but not limited <\/div>\n
to, patents, copyright and trade secrets;<\/div>\n
4.5.5 The goods are new and unused;<\/div>\n
4.5.6 All warranties will remain fully valid following any delivery of the goods <\/div>\n
and for a period of not less than one (1) year following acceptance of the goods <\/div>\n
by UNOPS in accordance with the Contract;<\/div>\n
4.5.7 During any period in which the Contractor\u2019s warranties are effective, <\/div>\n
upon notice by UNOPS that the goods do not conform to the requirements <\/div>\n
of the Contract, the Contractor shall promptly and at its own expense correct <\/div>\n
such non-conformities or, in case of its inability to do so, replace the defective <\/div>\n
goods with goods of the same or better quality or, at its own cost, remove the<\/div>\n
 defective goods and fully reimburse UNOPS for the purchase price paid for <\/div>\n
the defective goods; and,<\/div>\n
4.5.8 The Contractor shall remain responsive to the needs of UNOPS for any <\/div>\n
services that may be required in connection with any of the Contractor\u2019s <\/div>\n
warranties under the Contract.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
