Temperature: Main combustion chamber up to 850\u00b0C, and in the second chamber > = 1,100 \u00b0C <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> 3. Retention Time: 2 seconds from the second chamber <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> The furnace (including secondary combustion chambers etc.) dimensions have to be large enough to provide for an effective <\/p>\n<p> combination of gas residence time and temperature such that combustion reactions may approach conclusion and cause <\/p>\n<p> low and stable CO and VOC emissions.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> to be able to avoid the generation toxic gases, the incinerator must combine the gasification or pyrolysis stage with a <\/p>\n<p> subsequent combustion phase with flue-gas treatment that provides for operational emission levels to air within the <\/p>\n<p> related emission ranges defined in the criteria <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> for incinerators that are explained in the ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO-ORDINATION (WASTE MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS <\/p>\n<p> 2006 of the Republic of Kenya.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> Where grates are used, it is preferred that the design incorporates adequate cooling of the grate such that it <\/p>\n<p> allows the variation of the principal air supply for the main purpose of gas control, rather than for the heating <\/p>\n<p> of the grate itself. Include an additional statement with <\/p>\n<p> a calculation and description of all cost related to the normal running of the plant over a 12 month period.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> \uf0b7Full description of the system(s) being proposed.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> \uf0b7Lay out drawing with all main equipments, flue gas ductwork and chief piping.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> \uf0b7Piping and Instrumentation Diagram.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> \uf0b7Operation guide in the English language.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> \uf0b7Material lists.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> \uf0b7Implementation program and training idea.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> \uf0b7Installation and maintenance program.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> \uf0b7Detailed list associated with spare and wear part package for 2500 h operation (items that will be included in the <\/p>\n<p> contract).
