This includes shutdown, cleaning and maintenance.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> Waste streams shall not be mixed during the incineration process and the ash collection chamber will be cleaned when a <\/p>\n<p> different waste stream is to be incinerated.  The business will provide the contractor with a list of items that could be <\/p>\n<p> incinerated.   The bins must be <\/p>\n<p> offered by the contractor to the exact same design as the storage containers for the raw waste streams and feature a lid design <\/p>\n<p> that prevents contamination from water.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> Ash from each waste stream will be sent for lab analysis after each initial incineration by the business and at <\/p>\n<p> intervals decided by the Company thereafter.  Contractor will be required to collect ash samples for analysis as <\/p>\n<p> directed by the organization.  The Contractor will be responsible for the safety of samples taken to reduce contamination <\/p>\n<p> until set by the business or designated courier.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> Ash will be disposed of at the direction of the Organization.  It is the responsibility of the Contractor to make sure the ash <\/p>\n<p> isn&#8217;t compromised until final disposal.  Company will provide additional storage area for ash if and as required.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> Delivery Program <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> The delivery schedule for the device with capacity 100 kg\/h requested is no greater than 10 weeks and 14 weeks for the <\/p>\n<p> unit with capacity 150 kg\/h.\u00a0  These timelines include unit mobilization.   <\/p>\n<p> APPENDIX A <\/p>\n<p> WASTE INCINERATORS RECOMMENDATIONS <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Multiple chamber type, horizontal stationary cylindrical body;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Capacity of 15 kilograms per hour;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> ignition, gas regulator, registration\u00a0 and security sensor\u00a0 device for the absence of flame triggering solenoid valve <\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Diesel-Powered;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> mounted on the easel supply; <\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Burners should\u00a0 be\u00a0 monoblock\u00a0 type\u00a0 with\u00a0 built-in\u00a0 fan,\u00a0 motor,\u00a0 electronic\u00a0 programmer, automatic<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> burner; <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>The system should have ventilation for sweeping previous gases before activating the fuel supply to the<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>burner;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Incinerators used will be restricted to daylight hours of operation.
