The purpose of the start-up burner is to ignite waste substances and to maintain the prescribed minimal <\/p>\n

temperature in the main chamber. It shall be mounted at the lower portion of the principal chamber. <\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  1. The start-up burner shall function automatically when:-<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      <\/p>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pre-heating is completed, or after attaining the flexible minimum temperature in the thermal reactor. <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The temperature in the principal chamber has dropped below the flexible minimum value (e.g. 300? C). This can <\/p>\n

    happen when a lot of damp waste material is to be combusted. <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The start-up burner shall be of one-stage burner with pre-ventilation, working on the principle of an oil <\/p>\n

    atomizer for diesel oil, consisting of:- <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fan housing with flexible air intake. <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Air closed damper with actuating drive <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Burner tubing with burner link and insulating flanges <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Burner plate with automatic oil firing sequence control, ignition transformer <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Electric nozzle pole with quick closure gate valve, electrode block, baffle plate. <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    1. The mounting point of the waste ignition burner shall be fitted with a manually operated sliding closure plate<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      to protect the burner head once the flame is not being used. The slide plate shall be interlocked with the burner ignition <\/p>\n

      controllers to offer operation of the burner once the slide plate is not in the fully open position. <\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

      The purpose of the reactor burner is to ignite low temperature carbonization gases and to maintain the prescribed <\/p>\n

      1. Reactor Burner<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        minimum temperature at the thermal reactor at all times but mainly during periods when the energy content of the <\/p>\n

        carbonization gases is low (pre-heat, post combustion period ). It shall be mounted in the entry area of the thermal <\/p>\n

        reactor. <\/p>\n

          <\/p>\n

        The reactor burner shall modulate between partial load and total load and automatically operate when: <\/p>\n

          <\/p>\n

        –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The temperature at the thermal reactor drops below the adjustable minimum operating value (e.g. 1000?<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The temperature in the thermal reactor drops below the adjustable minimum operating value (e.g. 1000?C) (full<\/p>\n
