  1. c) All manuals must be in English language.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    9)\u00a0 All the equipment provided must be supplied with technical and user manuals. Instructions on their use, <\/p>\n

    storage and support must be clearly indicated in the guides and where necessary, on the equipment. <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    10)Where applicable the following will apply: <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. a) Electrical Safety<\/li>\n
    2. i) The unit should be provided with a line (power) cord of acceptable durability, quality, length, and ampacity<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      and should be secured with adequate strain reliefs. <\/p>\n

        \n
      1. ii) The unit should include, or the bidder or supplier should offer, power plugs that are sufficient for the maximum<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        voltage and current of the device. <\/p>\n

        iii) The chassis should be grounded and grounding resistance should not exceed 0.15 ohm. <\/p>\n

          \n
        1. iv) If the unit is double insulated, it should be so labeled.<\/li>\n
        2. v) Electrical leakage current from the chassis of the unit should not exceed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
